sooo....I'm pulling myself up by my bootstraps and have prescribed myself a strict no carb diet--Gisele Noel style. I'm not doing it for poundage lost, more to help "cleanse" myself and get my wacky carb cravings back in check. Wednesday and Thursday were great days and I've become super creative with my carb-less snacks! AND both days I was under my 1400 calorie target without even adding exercise in!

|Bigasssalad with Taco Bell sauce to taste like the real thing!--200 calories|
|Baby carrots and the Laughing cow cheese--55 calories!|
|Healthy chicken salad--210 calories|
The Healthy Chicken Salad was inspired by the recipe I found on Pinterest. I used leftover chicken from chicken fajitas and added some spicy garlic hot sauce to "give it a little kick!" a la Emeril. Those crockpot fajitas gave me 3 meals: Chicken fajitas, bigasssalad and healthy chicken salad---how's that for some creativity??
