Packing for some Absolut

I'm headed off for a girls weekend in Denver, CO for 4 days! It'll be me and 9 of my college roommates who I shared a house with called "Absolut Angels"...I'm sure I made my parents proud, shelling out $10,000 a year for me to live in a house named after vodka.

Since most of these girls are newlyweds without any kids, I started packing yesterday to make sure I had all my fashion bases covered. No one's gonna be catching this girl wearing Mom jeans!!!

Here's my flight outfit, since I'm not sure there will be lots of snow or none, I'm wearing the bulkiest item so I don't have to fit it in with all my other shoes in the suitcase.

That's a pink cardigan, leopard belt, black leggings (to be used later for exercising) and Nike boots with da fur!

Another outfit to wear with my leggings (mulit-packer right here!) is a leopard sheer shirt from Old Navy, a white undershirt and gray wedges from my fav place TJ Maxx. 

Next with the wedges is a shirt from Forever 21, same white undershirt and my goal size 29 jeans...woot woot! Got those from Twice.com--they're Levis.

Ahh, the skinny jeans and my all time fav pink shoes. My BFF got these shoes for me as a "thanks for throwing me a bridal shower" present. Best idea of all time and much more meaningful than a thank you card. I wear these every chance I get and this shirt from Old Navy goes perfectly with them, paired with my AE skinny jeans.Great outfit for dinner and drinks. 

Here's an extra outfit, a nicer hooded cardigan with a Vera Wang top from Kohl's, my skinnies and gray wedges I already packed. 

Here's what my suitcase looks like with just those outfits--making sure I packed my running shoes because my half training calls for a 6.5 mile run on the weekend. I do realize I'll be at a higher altitude so I'm not setting my sights on the actual distance, just making sure I get out there and run for an hour. Hopefully that will counteract the boozing on Faturday I'll be doing. I haven't seen these girls in 5 years so there's lots of celebrating to catch up on.
