Ingredients:
1.5 lb boneless top round roast, cubed and fat trimmed
1 cup low sodium fat free beef broth
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp chili oil (asian aisle)
3 minced garlic cloves
2 TB cornstarch
3 cups frozen broccoli (do not thaw)
Directions:
Combine broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili oil and garlic cloves in crock pot and stir to mix. Add beef cubes and mix to ensure they are coated in sauce. Cook on low 4-5 hours. After beef is cooked through, removed 4 TB of liquid from crock pot and stir in 2 TB cornstarch to thicken. Add mixture back to crock pot along with broccoli and cook on low an additional 30 min.
Makes 4 servings at 350 calories each

I will definitely make again! This is husband approved: Phil said it smelled delicious before we even ate it, then he said it was his new favorite! We both ate it right up. It was easy and different - soo good! We ate it over rice, and I'm itching to try to leftovers over spaghetti squash for a no carb dish. If you make this, let me know what you think!
