I don't think there's a technical fruit fast (more like Fruit Flush), but this momma has to have some energy with the 4 kids today and hangry ain't gonna cut it! If you know me, I LOVE salty carbs so only fruit is definitely a challenge! As will be Jillian's RI30 this afternoon, but I'm gonna power through that Level 2!
My workout schedule for the week is
- Monday: RI30 Level 1 (last day!!)
- Tuesday: 2.5 mile run and RI30 Level 2
- Wednesday: 30 min easy on elliptical and easy RI30
- Thursday: Zumba (1 hr) and RI30 weights only
- Friday: Run 3 miles and RI30
- Saturday: 1 hr Spin class and RI30 in the evening
- Sunday: 4.5 mile run and RI30
